Question: If you are not a denominational church what teachings do you follow?

We follow the teachings of Christ. Being a non-denominational independent church, we are not bound by traditions of men and church doctrine. All of our teachings come from the Word of God in the original “King James” bible and the bible only. We use the Greek and Hebrew manuscripts to confirm our teachings and give us a deeper meaning of the truth. We are also one of the largest non-denominational independent web churches that reach over 6,000 unique visitors with over 50,000 hits each year in over 52 countries around the world. All the credit going to the Heavenly Father. Praise God!

Question: What are we to do with those who give us a hard time, refuse to work, and just want to cause trouble most of the time?

We are to forgive them and love them but, separate ourselves from them until they come around and become a productive positive person. (II Thessalonians 3:6-15)

Question: Where is it written that there should not be division in the family?

It is speaking of God’s elect that should not be in division between themselves. (Ephesians 4:3-7)

Question: What is the lake of fire?

(Revelation 20, 22), Remember God is a consuming fire. At His return, all the rudiments (evil things), will be burnt up. Cast into the lake of fire for extinction (non-existent) if you will. However, His fire will warm the hearts of true Christians.

Question: How do you get people to recognize the truth of the Word?

(Ezekiel 37), Ezekiel was told to preach to the dry bones. (Symbolic of the spiritual dead). Hearing the true word of God will wake up people who are spiritually dead.

Question: Can the devil read our mind?

No… Only God knows your mind and what you are thinking.

Question: Can you tell me what scripture says that one should be put to death for murder and rape?

The penalty for murder and rape is death; written in (Deuteronomy 19, 22:25-26). This does not include a crime of passion, self defense, or in acts of war.

Question: Can we have a few drinks once in a while, or is that a sin?

No it is not a sin... If it were, we would all be condemned to hell. (I Timothy 5:23), a little wine is good for you, but don’t over do it. Moderation is the key here, as with anything else.

Question: Why do you say that there is no rapture?

Because rapture is not written in the Word of God. The rapture comes from mans teachings, not God’s teachings. Read our study topic titled “Rapture Deception” and this will give you a better explanation on the subject. Further more, if their was a rapture, Christ would have explained it very clearly as He did with everything else in His teachings. Do you believe man or God?

Question: What exactly is being born again?

In the Greek dictionary the meaning is being “born from above” through child birth. Read the first six verses of the book of Jude and find out the penalty for not being born from above like the fallen angels. This term simply means that they have had a change of heart and follow the teachings of Christ. Usually after they have been baptized, except Christ as their Lord and Savior and become a Christian believer.

Question: What are the conditions to be saved?

(John 3:16) I like to say in order to believe in someone, you must get to know him or her. Christ wants you to get to know Him and believe in Him. These are the only qualifications that are required for salvation. “Know and believe in Jesus Christ and His teachings.”

Question: Where does it speak of the flying vehicles seen in the bible?

(Ezekiel 1) Ezekiel gives a pretty good description of the vehicles for the time and period he was in. Read it carefully and check out some of the words in his description with the Strong's Concordance for a better understanding. Especially the word "amber" translated "highly polished bronze."

Question: Where is God’s favorite place in the universe?

Right here on earth in Jerusalem. (Ezekiel 16)

Question: Where does it say in the bible how to discipline your children if they are spoiled and bad?

I am sure you have heard the term "spare the rod and spoil the child." You will find your answer in (Proverbs 13:24, Hebrews 12:1-7)

Question: How can God be a divorcee and where is that written in the bible? Are you saying that Jesus was married to Mary Magdalene and then got divorced?

Not at all… First off, Jesus was not married to Mary Magdalene. (This was made up by man). However, God was spiritually married to Israel and gave her a bill of divorcement. (Jeremiah 3:8)
