Question: What scripture does it say
that Christ defeated death?
Answer: Christ defeated death at the
resurrection and has the power to destroy the one
who had the power of death.
(Hebrews 2:14) Forasmuch then as the children are
partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself
likewise took part of the same; that through death
he might destroy him that had the power of death,
that is, the devil.
Question: Where in the bible does it say God
is a consuming fire?
Answer: God is a consuming fire only
to evil. His fire also warms the hearts of those who
are good. (Hebrews 12:29) For
our God is a consuming fire.
Question: Does God always give us a choice to
choose when we are tempted with sin?
Answer: He not only gives us a
choice, but He will also give us a way out.
(I Corinthians 10:13) There
hath no temptation taken you but such as is common
to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you
to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with
the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye
may be able to bear it.
Question: Where in the bible does it say that
God will make someone believe a lie and why would He
do that?
Answer: In my opinion, it is because
many cannot handle the truth. Also, many will
receive a truth and then they ignore it or do
nothing with it. This would mostly be towards the
unrighteous. (II Thessalonians
2:10-11) And with all deceivableness of
unrighteousness in them that perish; because they
received not the love of the truth, that they might
be saved. And for this cause God shall send them
strong delusion, that they should believe a lie.
Question: In your opinion what would be the
most important scripture in the bible?
Answer: All scripture is important,
but I believe the most important verse for one to
remember in the bible would be.
(John 3:16) For God so loved
the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that
whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but
have everlasting life.
Question: Where in the bible are the ten
commandments?
Answer: You can find them in.
(Deuteronomy 5:7-21)
Question: Can you give me the scripture where
God hates homosexuals?
Answer: God does not hate
homosexuals, He hates the act of homosexuality and
finds it an abomination. Homosexuality is a sin that
can be forgiven upon repentance. Many homosexuals
have repented and changed their lives and live
normal lives being happily married to the opposite
sex. (Leviticus 20:13) If a
man also lie with mankind, as he lieth with a woman,
both of them have committed an abomination: they
shall surely be put to death; their blood shall be
upon them.
Question: Do all souls belong to God or do
some belong to the devil?
Answer: All souls belong to God from
which they came. Satan can try to steal your soul,
but it still belongs to God to do with as He wills.
(Ezekiel 18:4) Behold, all
souls are mine; as the soul of the father, so also
the soul of the son is mine: the soul that sinneth,
it shall die.
Question: Are Jesus and God one in the same
or separate entities?
Answer: Jesus came as God in the
flesh, but are both one and the same.
(John 10:30) I and my Father
are one.
Question: Where in the bible does it say that
a murderer has no salvation, and can a murderer be
forgiven?
Answer: A murderer can have no
salvation in this flesh body and according to God's
Word should be put to death. However, God can do all
things and the murderer may possibly be forgiven in
heaven after they face the Heavenly Father and the
one they murdered. (I John
3:15) Whosoever hateth his brother is a murderer:
and ye know that no murderer hath eternal life
abiding in him. (II Kings 14:6) But the children of
the murderers he did not execute, according to what
is written in the Book of the Law of Moses, in which
the LORD commanded, saying, “Fathers shall not be
put to death for their children, nor shall children
be put to death for their fathers; but a person
shall be put to death for his own sin.”
Question: What does God think of those who
teach the rapture and fly away doctrines?
Answer: God is against those who
teach any false doctrines, but you will find He is
against those who try to cover is outreaching arms
of salvation with such fly-away doctrine.
(Ezekiel 13:20) Wherefore thus
saith the Lord GOD; Behold, I am against your
pillows, wherewith ye there hunt the souls to make
them fly, and I will tear them from your arms, and
will let the souls go, even the souls that ye hunt
to make them fly.
Question: What verse says that God is the
Word?
Answer: You will find that the Word
and God are the same in the book of John.
(John 1:1) In the beginning
was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the
Word was God.
Question: Was the old
law and ordinances done away with in the new
testament?
Answer: The
ordinances and blood rituals were nailed to the
cross with the crucifixion of Christ so that we are
no longer under them. Christ became the sacrificial
lamb for all our sins upon repentance. However the
old law of the ten commandments still stands. Christ
did not come to destroy the law, but to fulfill the
law. (Colossians 2:14)
Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was
against us, which was contrary to us, and took it
out of the way, nailing it to his cross. (Matthew
5:17-18) Do not think that I came to destroy the Law
or the Prophets. I did not come to destroy but to
fulfill. For assuredly, I say to you, till heaven
and earth pass away, one jot or one tittle will by
no means pass from the law till all is fulfilled.
Question: Where does it say that the white
robes we will be wearing are our righteous acts?
Answer: It is the fine linen that
weaves the robes that represent our righteous acts.
No good acts, no robe.
(Revelation 19:8) And to her it was granted to be
arrayed in fine linen, clean and bright, for the
fine linen is the righteous acts of the saints.
Question: What two churches did Christ
approve of and what did they teach?
Answer: The two churches were Smyrna
and Philadelphia. These are not actual names but
locations. They both taught about the Kenites. Those
who pretended to be Jews, but were of the synagogue
of Satan. (Revelations 2:9) I
know your works, tribulation, and poverty (but you
are rich); and I know the blasphemy of those
who say they are Jews and are not, but are a
synagogue of Satan. (Revelation 3:9) Indeed I will
make those of the synagogue of Satan, who say
they are Jews and are not, but lie—indeed I will
make them come and worship before your feet, and to
know that I have loved you. |
